Spent the better part of today researching companies and what they look for in environment artists.  I feel like I'm on the right track.  We shall see...

One company in the UK has an environment art test on their website which was AWESOME.  New project!

I also need to update my dA / portfolio with the recent stuff I've finished.  It's been awhile.

I'm in college and a wanna-be game environment artist. I make attempts at 2d and 3d landscapes and environments. My interest is mainly in the third dimension though. My outlandish goal for after graduation in two years is to work for either Blizzard Entertainment, Epic Games, Crytek, or Infinity Ward. Or anywhere not in the US. Traveling is so much fun.

What kind of project are you working on? I can probably make some time between school projects.
